We want to ensure you have a great experience, so please contact us with the issue you are experiencing and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

During the warranty period, we will replace or refund, at our option, any new part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation. You must be the original purchaser of the part, still own the vehicle on which it was installed, and have your original purchase receipt. This warranty is not transferrable. Replacement parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of exchange. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES, ACCOMMODATIONS, OR ANY OTHER COSTS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.

Products may or may not be intended for use on public roads, highways, or interstates. Products are not intended to support weight beyond the manufacturer’s weight of your all-terrain vehicle. If you use the product in a manner not intended, this warranty is VOID.

Installation of the product should be performed by a trained technician with knowledge of the product and specifications, including, but not limited to, the general guidelines set forth herein. If installed improperly or used in a manner not intended, this product could fail, could result in damage to the product, damage to your vehicle, loss of control of your all-terrain vehicle, and could result in an accident or wreck.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

Some states may not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. All implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special, or consequential damages, so some of the above information may not apply to you. If any provision of the warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent allowed under local law, the remedies provided in this limited warranty policy are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy against us under all circumstances.
